Hi Absolutely diet and lifestyle changes help in PCOS. Seed cycling also helps. Try to reduce weight naturally. Avoid processed foods, bakery items, sugary drinks and fried fatty foods. Go for brisk walking and do yoga to lower your stress levels . Do anything you enjoy like listening to music, gardening. Cooking. Painting it could be anything for at least half an hour daily. Avoid or minimize use of cosmetic and beauty products as they all contain xeno estrogen which disturbs hormonal balance. Don't worry, take consultation on Practo and you can fully cure PCOS naturally. Thanks

There is no specific diet that can prevent or treat PCOS. However, making nutritious food choices and being active can help manage some of the long term complications of PCOS.  The best eating plan if you have PCOS is one that helps you lower the long term risks of diabetes and heart disease. It should be low in saturated fat and high in fibre.  Yes cycling will help you in managing your weight by increasing the BMR.
