Loose stools for 3 days
From past 3 days I am having loose stools and there is no other symptoms of fever , stomach pain etc. What should I do

Hello, plenty of water n liquid ORS, lamonade electral, less tea , butter milk, Light diet like khichdi porridge oats, poha upma idali with white chatani home made. Treatment *Enterogermina respule three or four times a day, no relation with food . Break the respule n push it in mouth, n take it. *Tab ciplox tz two times a day after food for three days. Rest. No outside, junk, fast or packed food at least 3-5days.
