Belly fat can be reduced to an extent with diet changes and some exercises that you can do in less than 20-30 min a day. As losing fat from one specific area is not possible exactly, when you try to lose weight overall, you will lose some belly fat also. Reduce the quantities of rice and roti and substitute them with higher quantities of vegetables and dal. Milk and milk products like curd and buttermilk, especially with cream removed also help in losing stomach fat. Include fresh fruits and fresh salads also.
