Losing hope
I think I have a combination of many problems depression, low confidence, anxiety, family issues , out of short relationship but had invested a lot emotionally, fear, low memory, confusion etc. Should I meet a psychologist or a psychiatrist ?

After reading through  your problem,  if u can meet a psychologist /Counsellor  in your city  is more than sufficient for you to resolve all those issues which u  hv mentioned

Hello, we need to evaluate this further and understand the frequency, duration and the amount of distress this is causing in your life. You can meet a psychiatrist for this. The reason being: there could be organic causes such as thyroid problems, other hormonal imbalances which may be leading to such conditions and hence needs to be ruled out medically first . The general process is team work and the evaluation is done by psychiatrist initially and upon confirming the diagnosis, we take help fr psychologists and psychiatric social workers to handle the various aspects. As in your case, you may need a team approach to handle various issues you are dealing with. Hope this helps!
