My age is 23 , height is 170 cm qnd weight is 44 kg. I am male. I have good appetite and I am eating foods with lots of vegetables but I didn't get energy. My bp is 85/60 from last 10 months. I have ibs. My all test reports are normal but only sgpt and sgot is little high. What I can do to get energy and increase bp?

include high carbs diet...early morning take overnight soaked raisin, dates,fig ,almonds and walnuts...include more iron rich food in your diet it will help to weight gain as well as in bp issue also..include salty nuts n seeds in your daily diet..little increase your salt intake but take pink salt instead of white salt

To increase your energy have soaked anjeer, dates, raisins in the morning as it will helps in providing proper oxygen to the body due to high iron content. Have high fibre diet good fats in your diet. Take care of salt intake.

If you have IBS... You have to quit lactose and gluten.
Lactose like whole milk, milk beverages, cream, cheese, etc
Gluten like wheat , maida, bread, biscuits pasta, maggi, noodles, pastries, cake, sooji etc
Have roti with ragi, bajra, etc and buttermilk, curd , paneer etc
Soya bean, pulses, rice based food like rice, idli, dosa, chiwra , poha.
Avoid red chilli powder and raw salad
