Hi
Good evening!
Please talk to a doctor and see if you need iron infusion. Also check for vitamin D and B12.
Allow some time for your body to recover.
Drink warm water with chia seeds or lemon water in the morning.
For breakfast, eat poha with peanuts, carrot, and peas. Drink beetroot-carrot juice with lemon. Eat 5-6 soaked almonds and 1 walnut.
Mid-morning, eat a guava or orange.
For lunch, have 1 roti, spinach or mustard greens, dal, cooked beetroot or carrot, and a salad with tomato, cucumber, and radish.
Snack on roasted chickpeas or fox nuts with ghee and drink green tea.
For dinner, eat 1 roti or brown rice, seasonal veggies like cauliflower, fenugreek leaves, or carrot-peas, and a bowl of vegetable soup with spinach, carrots, and beets.
Before sleeping, drink warm milk with turmeric, black pepper, and jaggery.
Eat flaxseeds, curry leaves, and gooseberry chutney for hair health. Massage your scalp with coconut oil twice a week.
