Low on vitamin d and ferritin
Ian facing extreme hairloss so did some test and turns out that my vitamin d is 29.52 and s ferritin is 29.70 How can I increase my iron and vitamin level.

Take iron supplements for 2 months. Take Biotin supplements for one month.

Due to lack of vitamin d take proper sunlight and vitamin d rich food like spinach, fenugreek, seeds, beans, fish, lean meat, fortified breakfast cereals, etc. For iron deficiency take nuts, green leafy vegetables, cod liver oil, roasted Chana,jaggery, flaks, etc.

Hi, Sunlight is the best source of vitamin D so 10-15 minutes of sunexposure 3-4 times a week is recomended. Food sources like milk and its products, Egg yolk are rich sources. Iron rich souces are leafy vegetables, Red Poha, Bajra,Garden cress seeds.Vitamin C rich foods like lemon water with meals and Amla 1 a day will help in better iron absorption.
