Hello doctor
My mother aged 52 having high BP issue and on regular medicines of BP ( Amlodipine and Telmikind H 80) got her urine and blood tested today and found low levels of Sodium(34), potassium(13) and chloride(76) in the urine. While potassium and chloride levels are normal in blood. Sodium in blood is slightly low (133). Please suggest what i need to do. Refer the attached snapshot from test report.

Some times fluctuations in blood pressure due to stress, water intake , overdose of medicine, fluid overload, or associated conditions lead to Na imbalance. Please consult your regular doctor for revising dose or adding a pill to improve sodium levels.
