Low weight and bp
I am 5 months pregnant. A recent check up showed my blood pressure to be extremely low and my weight to be 40 kgs. I have been told to increase my weight at this stage as I am underweight. What type of diet should I follow?

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, pulses , sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc to gain muscle mass. Avoid eggs .
