Lower body getting fat
Hi I am 22. My thighs and hips are bulky compared to my whole body. I do not know what to do. Regular exercise has little effect on it

Hi - my advice is to stop all junk fast,cream foods. no trans saturated fats oriented foods. most importantly yoga,aerobic, free hand exercises are the best option

Ur weight is not much but still fat deposits are their u need good diet to reduce fat. Write me on personal chat for counseling
