Marfan syndrome
I am a marfan syndrome girl of 20 years... Ive diagnosed marfan syndrome..dr said that there is no need of any treatment and mine is a mild case of marfan syndrome and only thing affected is height and high myopia... I am 182 cm tall and only 50 kg wright... I eat a lot of food, i tried peanut butter, and took protein powder nearly for 3 months... But not a bit changed...i also have hypothyroidism and im taking thyrox 25 for that... Can i gain weight.. How can i gain weight... What is the maximum to put on weight

Healthy evening ma’am, Gain weight is hard to some people. Choose high calories, healthy foods from each food group. Tips to increase your calorie: 1. Eat 4-5 small meals through out day. 2. Drinks whole milk. Add instant breakfast mix to your milk for extra calories. 3. Choose granola made with oats, nuts, fruits instead of whole wheat flakes cereals. 4. Cheese add protein, calcium and calories. Add it to egg dishes such as omelette or scrambled eggs. 5. Don’t drink too much before eating since it can fill you up and make you less hungry. 6. Do not drink more than 2-3 cups of coffee, tea, other caffeine drinks because caffeine drink because lessen your appetite.
