Hi I understand your concern. Varicose veins are commonly self diagnosable, because they are visible at skin level, they are enlarged veins, in the form of spider web or tree branches, with aching pains sometimes. Generally its a disease commonly affects legs n feet. But it can form anywhere in the body too. Do you think or diagnosed with varicose veins? If not then treatment of that is not necessary. Arms work out should be proper in your exercise regime.
Next Steps
For building muscle mass, go for proper work out under professional guidance. Also have good sources of proteins like dal, sprouts, Chana products, paneer, tofu, etc if non veg then egg, dairy products, lean meat and fishes.
