Meet accident 8 months back
Hi Doctors, Meet accident 8 months back. Injured right knee had 8 stitches. No pain since 8 months. Now at night time after sleeping around 2 am  that knee is getting lots of pain since three days this happing. But in day time there is no pain everything is normal. What might be the reason to get pain at night after 8 months.

It might be due to miniscal tear and needs to be assessed by MRI.better take a muscle relaxant in night after dinner . At night time body and muscles ate relaxed as nd pain reception is sensitised so you feel more pain at night while in day the receptors are occupied with activity and muscle activity so dont feel much pain. Can consult me on practo for proper management and prescription
