I was diagnosed with PCOD I was treated with crisanta and mycod for 6months
I gave lost 11kgs weight with heavy workout and strict diet
Now my periods are much better
But I get my periods 36days or 40days
So I get frustrated ,I do lots of workout and diet I wonder y does not it falls on 30days cycle
