Hi my last period was on May 31st 2016 and till now i have not got my periods...This problem i am facing for the first time..I have a healthy living..walk daily for half an hour..eat healthy food..dont have any habbits like drinking or smoking...Doctor can you please suggest me how could i get my periods soon..any particular food that i should have or should i get physical examination done..i am not even active physically.

if you have had a sexual intercourse then you should be doing a urine pregnancy test. there are 4-5 hormones which act in conjunction to get periods. any imbalance in that commonly becasue of stress can cause postponement of periods. if upt is negative there is no reason to worry about. be patient and your periods will come. i dont suggest using any medicine to get your periods as they are all hormonal

Whether u married or unmarried?1st u should exclude pregnancy.If it is negative then u hv to do usg to exclude PCOD.U hv to take projesteron tab for starting period.Consult a gynaecologist
