Missed periods
I missed my periods. My last period date was 15 dec to 25 dec. but this month i missed my periods. I bought a kit and test today result was positive but i do not feel any symptoms of pregnancy. I have same pain in my lower area which i feel in my periods. Kindly tell me what should i do. I want ti avoid it so please suggest me medicine.
