You like Maggie's just because of advertising of the product which don't even qualify for any of nutritive achievements. Please avoid such thing in your regular routine. You can take it once in a blue moon if situation demands. You can take homemade soups, or boiled veg preparation ( I can give you the recipe) .For Diebetic-Tasteful diet plan, contact me for customised personalised diet and exercise plan.

Hello, Yes you can have maggie but make sure it is made up of whole wheat. Also restrict it to once in 2 weeks. Also add vegetables to it to increase your fiber content. There are other lots of snacks that you can opt for instead of maggie like poha/upma/idli-sambar/dosa/roasted chivda/khakra/jowar popcorn etc

Hello user Eating maggie is not a good option as it is loaded with refined carbs, bad fats, preservatives. It wont just affect your sugar at that moment but will have long term effects also.. However, suggesting the frequency to eat maggie or any other packaged or outside meal requires a better understanding of how are your other meals, your lifestyle, your blood parameters and other medical history. Saying yes or no to any one single food is difficult without complete information as it may vary largely for each one & may have varied repurcurtions as well.
