Zincovit syrup is a multivitamin and is prescribed once daily. It contains zinc and vitamin D3. But the concern here are the mouth ulcers, for which you should go and consult a Pedo dentist. Deficiency of vitamins is not the only reason for ulcers, there are others too.
Next Steps
Get a consultation from a pediatrician for the dosage of syrup.
Health Tips
Do not self prescribe medications, as there dosage also depends upon the body weight of the patient. It may lead to adverse effects.

Dear parent, The ulcers can be because of a variety of reasons Vitamin deficiency is one of the most causes. Constipation, teething, viral infections can be a few other causes A visit to a pediatrician and a Pedodontist will be beneficial as a closer look will help diagnose the cause Hope this helps.
