MULTIPLE DISC BULGE
I felt down and had sivere Injury in my Spine, multiple disc Buldge, especially in L1-L2 0.89, and L2-L3 0.78 and L3-L4 0.81, need to go for surgery and I want to consult the doctor before I make a decision. Please help me with and here by I have attached the MRI Reports and please let me know what I can do, and if L1-L2 is affected is there will be any chabge in bowel moments or pain in the Bladder area? Please help me get through. Thanks in advance

Needs clinical examination. You may benefit from medicine / nerve root injection .

There is minimal disc bulge at multiple levels as per MRI report. What complaints are you having at present. Has the problem increased over the last 2 years. Are you able to walk normally. Are you having control of bowel and bladder..
Next Steps
MRI report is more than 2 years old now. I will suggest you to get a fresh MRI done before planning for surgery. it will help to understand the current situation and the treatment can be planned accordingly..
