Is it safe to take protein supplements? And diet I should follow to lose fat and build my abdominal muscles. I go to the gym daily and my weight is 68.5kg and height is 5.7".

Hello practo User, Depending on your goal in gym,you can take supplement. But supplement should exceed the limit of your daily requirement on the basis of your activity otherwise you may get stone, high uric acid level , even kidney Diseases.

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

According to ur height weight is ok.Dont take protein supplement. Take high protein diet and balanced nutrition and do exercises. Contact me through practo direct consultation
