Hi this is arun .I am gym trainer.from last one month I getting muscle catch on shoulder.why don't know.First time means last one month back I got and I tool treatment up to sat it's ok.but again Monday morning at 5 o clock I was sleeping at suddenly I got up again shoulder muscle catch whSt to do

I feel what u have is rotator cuff pain. Its common in body builders. U need rest atleast for a month for that shoulder to avoid further damage. Get urself examined by near by orthopaedic consultant and see which of the rotator cuff muscle is affected.
