My autism son teeth problem
My 5 year son Kanha gupta suffering with autism and ceberal palsy from his birth and his maximum teeth r damage and pus information also appear in some area. Me ans my wife both r in tension abt his health condition. He has eyesight issue too. How can his teeth remove becoz he can bite when anyone touch his teeth. Brushing also not happen. Please advise and help us. I m very much thanksful to doctors. My tear comes when i write this mail.

Your child needs dental care asap. Please visit a pediatric dentist in your city and get his treatment started. You can also discuss the option of treatment under general anesthesia as it will be difficult for the child to go through multiple sittings.

Please make sure even after completion of treatment keep the child under the specialist care along with regular follow ups and also to maintain the teeth that are yet to erupt
