My ear drum is hole any medicine
My right side hear drum he is whole any medicine for this case or only operation highgate lot of pain and infection I go and check the doctor he give the medicine and clean my ear just

Hello,
If there is hole in the ear drum, need to control infections prior to deciding on final line of treatment.
If the perforation does not heal,it requires a surgery (tympanoplasty)
