Nasal polyps
My son is 3.7 years old, his right nose is fully closed inside and he cannot breath. He breaths through nose and wakes in between night chocking. As a mother i feel very helpless to see him like that. While eating too he breaths through mouth. I have checked with ENT they both gave a nasal spray and a medicine for night. My concern is with this will the growth go back or should I opt for operation to remove it.

Technically it is looks more.like adenoid. Not polyp If he is very symptomatic we may have to think of a surgery U need to take an x-ray and if possible endoscopy.

At this age surgery not recommended unless it's very necessary and the airway is totally ceased. Follow your doctor's advice as of now it's all goin as per protocol. It's not so simple to predict future. We have to wait and watch the response of treatment provided
