Natural substitute of Vizylac
Dear Experts,
I am in need of a genuine advice, It will surely improve my living significantly.
My stomach remain alternative upset( constipation, sticky stool, mucus) and normal for many years. But what I discovered in due course that Vizylac help to heal magically.
As I understand from other experts online that Vizylac can't be taken regularly. So please suggest some alternative natural substitute that can be used regularly ..and at what dosage.
