Natural way to reduce blood sugar
Hi ,my husband have 200 blood sugar fasting ,now only we are checking for 1 st time please suggest natural way to reduce blood sugar .

FBS 200 is high Normal should be less than 100.. Need to check fbs,pp, Hba1c to reconfirm..check on the glucometer as well and see the difference.. Need to check if it's prediabetes or Diabetes... If prediabetes..Need to follow good diet restriction and regular exercise/walk If Diabetes,then need to start medicines to control the sugars

redo sugar test after a month, based on the result we can either stop or continue medication.
