Nausea and dizziness
I've been feeling bad for a couple of days now I've been feeling dizzy and nauseous with a slight headache I vomit last night and felt a little better but now I feel the same way

If everything is ok, i will advice you to go for MRI BRAIN WITHOUT CONTRAST, to Rule out any intracranial pathology.
