Nauseaus while eating

I am a 24 years old male. i feel hungry but i start eating i cant eat enough. for example if i have hunger for eating 4 chapaats, i only eat 2 and after that if i try to eat i feel like i will vomit. i dont have any stomach pain or any liver desease dignosted
