Eat lots of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts everyday,everymeal.
Substitute millets for rice wheat.
Drink enough water.Concentrate on the food ur eating.
Avoid spicy hot,oily masala foods,nonveg,fastfoods,bakeryfoods,preserved foods,,
Eat two three tsf ghee,jaggery 25 GM's,cold milk, buttermilk,everyday.
Avoid hard foods,hotmilk,.
Walking,yoga,playing sports,will improve ur digestion .
Sleep leisurely for six hrs atleast at night.
