Need diet plan for weight loss
Please prescribe me diet plan for me for Weight loss. I wanna reduce my weight 6-7 kgs. Please help with proper diet plan etc.

Eat lots of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts everyday,everymeal. Substitute millets for rice wheat. Drink enough water.Concentrate on the food ur eating. Avoid spicy hot,oily masala foods,nonveg,fastfoods,bakeryfoods,preserved foods,, Eat two three tsf ghee,jaggery 25 GM's,cold milk, buttermilk,everyday. Avoid hard foods,hotmilk,. Walking,yoga,playing sports,will improve ur digestion . Sleep leisurely for six hrs atleast at night.
