Needle like pain
Hi I am feeling like pain in left chest shoulder and sometimes in right chest also.I am feeling congestion in chest like something is there may be cough.stomach is bloating. I am bedridden for 4 months bcoz of accident.I went to cardiologist and ecg was normal.I don't know why m I getting this kind of pain.my bp is normal and heart rate is 90-100. Please help! Want to know the reason for this pain

It’s difficult to give opinion without detail history and examination. Sometimes pain can be because of acidity. You can take some antacid ( like pan d) (if you are not already taking) once a day before food and see.
