Depression along with anxiety might take a few months to be completely treated The best results could be seen through combination therapy that is medicines along with psychotherapy .Try consulting a clinical psychologist for regular psychotherapy session along with medication. Try maintaining a healthy routine wherein you could engage in activities like regular exercise and healthy diet. You can try sharing your thoughts and feeling with your family members and friends.
