When I pick my nose I get a nosebleed but other people don't seem to, do I need to go see my doctor?

I can understand your concern.
Please don't pick nose. It's gross.
Where is your hygeine?
The area which you pick may be a clot, so when you pick, it may start bleeding. Let it heal completely.
Don't pick your nose.
If you want to clean, blow your nose.
