Hi Sir Thanks for seeking help here. OCD is a illness where we consider Medication is working is severity scores fall below 30 percentage after treat for 3 months.... If sertraline is not doing that then change it. If it's doing so then add Aripirazol 5 mg at day time for augmentation. Feel free for any discussion related to illness and management plans...
