Hello..in night's dinner i was planning to have salad with some olive oil and green vegetables. But the problem is i am not getting extra virgin olive oil ..i got pomace olive oil and normal oil.. should i use them? (On a weight loss diet)

Hi.
You can use pomace olive oil, there’s no harm. It is also healthy and has similar benefits as extra virgin olive oil.
However, please make sure you don’t use it in cooking , don’t heat the oil or put it in hot foods.
You can use upto 1 teaspoon of it to make a light dressing for the salad.
