Sir/Mam my one testicle is hanging little bit i have test my semen its 50 million per ml and 70% motility rate am i able to become father?Also i am taking paternia xt as per direction by my doctor from last 3 months.

The main causes of such abnormality are, Epididymitis, Epididymal cyst, Orchitis, Hydrocele, Varicocele, Testicular torsion, and Testicular cancer. If no timely treatment is done, then there are chances of zero sperm count & infertility..... Dr Rupal (Senior Consultant Physician) Mumbai
