Oral Glucose tolerance test in pregnancy

Hi my wife is 19 week pregnant and she is did the oral glucose tolerance test. but we confuse by test results plz see the result 1) Glucose load -----------------------75 2) fasting (F) plasma-----------------85 3) 40 minutes glucose load plasma -------------------------------130 4) 1 hr 40 minutes glucose load plasma -------------------------167 Last 4 number result is abnormal because lab reference level is 153 so what we do plz suggest again any test or opinion
