Overweight by 6-7 kgs
Hi. I am 5 ft 2 inch aged 29 years and weigh 60 kg and lightly active and a vegetarian. I want to lose fat and weight in a healthy manner. Can someone guide me the diet i should focus on and wat type of exercises and for how much duration should i do. What is the shortest amount of time in which i can dee visible results in myself. Also, any diet chart or food i should include in my diet everyday. What kind of food i should eat to lose weight and how many calories shoukd i consume and i should burn everyday.

Hello You are 12kg overweight. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's. Drink water 16glasses daily Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises Smaller and frequent meals. Follow 7-10 days liquid diet.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
