Overweight male breasts
Hello doctor.
i am a 22 year old student. i eat normal around
as others but my stomachs are getting bigger and bigger day by day.
i too have large bulging male breasts and even softer region on the upper side of my breasts.
i am fed ul witb my weight especially with my breasts. i dobt have any drinking or smoking habit. yaah i do masturbate around daily .
can you tell me the reason of my gaining excess weighg and overbulging breasts.
please anyone do respond.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do regular exercise compulsorly.
