Why protein  powder  is required  . Try  to fulfill  your  protein  requirements  through diet.    Include  egg,chicken, fish,paneer, sprouts, lentils  in daily  diet. Protein  powder  are given  in specific conditions  where  requirements is very high and difficult to fulfill  with  diet

Hi, My response to this would be why do you need a protein powder in the first place? Are you going through any condition where you think your protein requirements aren't being fulfilled? Getting your protein requirements fulfilled through food is much easier and healthier in the long run with negligible side effects.
