Hi,
My response to this would be why do you need a protein powder in the first place?
Are you going through any condition where you think your protein requirements aren't being fulfilled?
Getting your protein requirements fulfilled through food is much easier and healthier in the long run with negligible side effects.

Hi
I cannot say anything about the product but I can give you advice that you can surely cover your protein intake with the food itself.
The protein requirement of a normal individual is 1kg per kg body weight.
And this can be covered with the diet itself.
