Hi, I am getting pain between my elbow and shoulder region. It's not severe or pains normally but only even I do particular action. Like while playing badminton or while throwing a cricket ball with lot of force. Could you please help me out.

Hi, Avoid lifting the shoulder beyond 90 degrees in any direction. Give rest to the shoulder and avoid carrying any heavy weight with that hand or on that shoulder and see a physiotherapist for right exercises and precautions!!

If swelling is there go for icing, if not you can go for hot water fomentation at home.
