Pain from hip to foot

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I've been experiencing severe pain from my hip to foot. I cannot walk properly . The pain is worse during night. I encounter this problem every month. The pain comes and then it vanishes quite easily, so never took any kind of treatment. The pain gets worse after playing . Could you please tell me what causes this pain and the remedy for same ?

It seems to be from the lumber spine ( means your back ) some nerve getting pressed from there as per your description.... Immediately visit an orthopaedic surgeon or spine specialist to rule out the cause followed by proper physiotherapy plan for you. If pain getting worse with any activity , you must stop that activity to avoid further more damage .
