I do cardiovascular exercises and weight training too .From last 3days there is pain in midfoot .I'm also following weight loss because of my belly fat so I eliminated dairy product .I think it could be vitamin C,D,K problem.I heard of shelcel medicine.
So should I go for it or...What should I do .
