Rotator cuff tear needs to be alighned & healed with "manual therapy" .Avoid Gym & lifting wt. Apply ice for 20 mts twice a day for 4 weeks.Apply any oil before ice to prevent ice burns.

Your rehabilitation will take at least 6 months. I am suggesting you 7 Exercises. Do only set . Do not perform any Exercise causing pain. Use a cold pack for 10 minutes twice a day. Check out the link

U should visit physiotherapist first and heal rotator cuff tear before doing other straneous shoulder exercise... U have AC Joint arthritis... So that is degenerative disease... so don't over exert it...

Hi Isaw your MRI report but according to your complain do proper warm up exercises, and proper active movements,that is conditioning of muscles, and after doing exercises do cooldown exercises and stretching of muscles and post gym do icing with compress.

Do proper shoulder stretching exercises before working out for shoulder. This will help you to ease your pain and stiffness.

Shoulder pain is common while working out like chest bench press, shoulder press. Your ac joint is getting injured and shoulder capsule is getting tight. Which is not allowing you free movement

AC joint dysfunction is an issue that could resolve with some manual therapy along the AC joint area. The rotator cuff needs a strengthening program. Visiting a physio may be better with your condition. As suggested earlier, ice is good for this.

you have to correct your posture by doing stretching of chest muscle and strengthening of upper back muscles and the only available treatment is SHOCK WAVE THERAPY
