  4. Pain in testis and scrotum. Night fall.

Pain in testis and scrotum
I'm getting pain in my right testis or scrotum and some reduction in the size of right sides scrotum area. It seems to me it is pulling inner side and I'm getting several pain And feeling discomfort. Note : pain increases whenever I get sweat dreams or night fall.
