Hello Practo User, Your problem is mostly related to your footwear. At your age there are no other reasons for such pain. painkiller tablets or local steroid injections will give you temporary relief, but you need to treat the cause. Use simple soft soled rubber slippers both indoor and outdoor if possible. Don't stand or walk for long time. Avoid climbing stairs. Pay attention to what footwear you use for your office. You will be better soon , if you follow the precautions sincerely. Regards.
