Having pain in right side of throat and mild fever with weakness since yesterday. Please advise treatment

warm water gargle with pinch of salt thrice a day tab Azithromycin 500mg once fr 5 days tab pan 40mg once fr 5 days tab dolo 650mg wenever fever is dere mximum 3 tabs syp Grilinctus 2tbs thrice a day tab Limcee once a day fr 15 days
Next Steps
get a hemogram done n consult.
