[ ] Location of the pain decides the diagnosis. If pain is below chest then can be due to gastritis, if pain is at the area of umbilicus/ belly button then can be due small bowel infection. Right upper can be due to cholecystitis while left side due to colitis. Pain along loins can be due to Renal Stone. You can take pain killer like Buscogast plus SOS.
