4It's important to lose weight as in both cases there is chances of gaining weight.
5.For hypothyroidism restrict cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli.Also peas, peaches, coffee.
6.Maintain weight.

9.Eat salad and whole fruits daily.
