Pcos and thyroid
I have pcos and hypothyroidism. I have to lose weight with good diet. Because of this problems I don't get my periods regularly.

Hello, Exercise regularly. Avoid raw cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower in the diet. Restrict full cream dairy products. Including lean proteins in the diet will be helpful.
Next Steps
Get USG done and get in regular touch with gynecologist. Get blood sugar levels tested. A personalised diet chart will be more helpful.

Hi, 1.Follow low fat diet with good fiber intake. 2.Increase the water consumption. 3.Exercise regularly. 4It's important to lose weight as in both cases there is chances of gaining weight. 5.For hypothyroidism restrict cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli.Also peas, peaches, coffee. 6.Maintain weight. 7.Do yoga. 8.Avoid outside fried, processed ,bakery, sweets items. 9.Eat salad and whole fruits daily. 10.Destress yourself.

Monitor thyroid levels.Also sugar levels.Check prolactin,lh.
