Period resumes postpartum in 2.5 months
Through Csec my 2nd baby on 27th oct2017.My baby is exclusive breastfed from day1. I had put on weight currently it is 85kgs.therefore from 1st jan 2018 i started walking for 30 mins n gradually increased to brisk walk for 45mins in the evenings.From past 1 week started few cardio exercises n breathing exercise for 30mins in mornings.Apart from that eating healthy at right time. Post doing all this i feel fresh n energetic. Just now i noticed mucous of brown discharge.is this early breastfeedin
