Periods issue
It's been 3 months I have not got my periods. My homepathic doctor has provided me medicines to get periods from last 3 weeks. It's not helping me. I am getting very anxious. Can you please help me with this. I am sexually inactive.

Do a urine pregnancy test with morning sample urine

If negative start Tablet Meprate 10 mg twice a day for 5 days
Health Tips
You will get your periods after you stop taking the medication after 7-10 days
Take a boiled egg daily
Avoid lifting weights and stress
Drink plenty of water and fruits juice
Sleep with light off for eight hours at bedtime
